Flying Yoga

Flying Yoga uses fabric hammocks to move through the air, or to anchor your body from the floor for deeper stretches and stronger work. It boosts lymphatic and blood circulation, sharpens posture, and supports anti-aging at the cellular level — and brings real comfort to joints and spine, even helping with conditions like joint stenosis.
